We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager at our Calgary base in the Human Resources department.
While you may not be flying the helicopter or providing patient care as a member of STARS Human Resources team you will play an important role in STARS life-saving mission. Be part of something bigger. Be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the HRBP team by providing guidance and support in navigating their client group needs and priorities
- Coordinating HR activities through the assessment of capacity and organizational priorities
- Making decisions on HR processes to ensure consistency and continuity of application
- Acting as a HRBP to client groups
- Providing quality support to leaders regarding all aspects of human resources management including compensation benefits performance management workforce planning and HR policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10 years of progressive HR experience leadership and responsibility in strategic HR positions consulting and/or business advisory capacity
- Bachelors degree in business human resources or a related field; relevant experience considered having a CHRP is considered an asset
- You have strong diagnostic skills followed by the ability to evaluate alternatives and to develop recommendations for solutions to complex and multi-dimensional challenges
