Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cultivating leadership skills in others and designing impactful training programs. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to develop initiatives that enhance performance build future leaders and strengthen our company culture.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of leadership development programs
Facilitate workshops seminars and coaching sessions for employees at all levels
Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps and growth opportunities
Track and analyze program effectiveness and report on outcomes
Support performance management initiatives and talent development strategies
Collaborate with HR to align leadership development with organizational goals
Stay current on best practices in leadership training and apply relevant methods
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business or related field
2 years of experience in leadership training employee development or a similar role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Self-starter with a passion for learning and leadership excellence
