Our client a worldwide luxury real estate company are looking for an exceptional salesperson to work solely on a prestigious new development project in Marbella.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals!
Lead the sales efforts for a high-profile new development of branded residences.
Use knowledge of Marbella s lifestyle and real estate market to close sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Experienced salesperson with 5 years off plan experience
Must have excellent interpersonal presentation negotiation and communication skills.
Must be highly presentable with an exceptional knowledge of Marbella.
Speak English and Spanish fluently with additional languages a bonus.
Proactive and a people person
Must be proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Must live within easy commute of Marbella.
Must have a Spanish driving license and car.
