Requirements

You re a natural connector and a strategic seller who thrives in early-stage mission-driven environments. You have experience selling into long-term care or healthcare and understand the nuances of regulated environments and operational priorities. You re excited by disruptive technology especially when it has a real-world people-first impact.

  • 3 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience ideally in early-stage SaaS foodservice or tech-enabled industries
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to close large consultative deals
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and complex buying groups
  • Strong presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter energy
  • Based in Ontario or Montreal (or open to regular travel to Montreal for immersion)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience selling into long-term care senior living or healthcare environments
  • Sold to care home operators administrators or foodservice providers (e.g. Compass Group Aramark)
  • Experience with robotics automation or physical infrastructure

15+ years of accounting/finance experience leading best in class policies, procedures compliance and reporting for high growth companies Must have experience in a tech company or start-up, seeing 2X or 3X revenue growth Must have experience leading finance for multiple geographies/currencies Previous experience managing and leading an accounting and finance team Strong preference for experience with two-sided marketplaces Strong communicator with the ability to articulate the why and context around the numbers Experience assessing the health of companies and advising on strategic decisions based on data driven analysis In-dept understanding of the 3 key financials statements, how they are intertwined, and how to interpret them Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. accounting standards Expert in bridging accounting reporting to management financial reporting including metrics such as EBITDA and EBITDA adjustments Deep experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite in a multi-geographical ecosystem Experience managing an accounting system implementation a plus Strong process design experience Comfortable with a due diligence process from investors, lenders, auditors Experience in the travel industry a plus Experience supporting a financing round or liquidity event a plus Must be located in the United States or Canada
