This role is a key part of our Consumer Transformation journey focused on improving how we engage with customers through clear empathetic and effective communications. Youll work within a scaled agile environment collaborating across squads to deliver high-impact customer-first solutions.
What youll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of communication initiatives ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and rock-solid governance
- Championing customer-centric design and ensuring communications are clear relevant and impactful
- Prioritising and sequencing work to maximise value and align with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value and innovation
- Maintaining oversight of a portfolio of initiatives to ensure successful implementation
