Join Suncorps Consumer Insurance division and take ownership of our Customer Communications Portfolio. As Product Owner youll guide a cross-functional squad to deliver digital solutions and exceptional customer experiences that align with our strategic objectives.
What Youll Do
- Lead and prioritise a dedicated delivery squad to achieve key business outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from business requirements to implementation and testing (UAT/PVT)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that meet customer regulatory and risk needs
- Represent Consumer Insurance in technology enhancements and incident prioritisation
- Monitor and manage risks issues and blockers while driving continuous improvement
What Youll Bring
- 3 years experience in insurance or financial services
- 1 year in project or product delivery roles with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Strong technical literacy and ability to shape technology solutions
- Advanced commercial and data literacy with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Product Owner or relevant certification (desirable)
