About the Role:

We are an agile collaborative team seeking a Communications Manager with a passion for inspiring informing and engaging employees through strategic communications. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with strong planning content creation and program management skills. You will execute communications across multiple formats including hybrid events presentations videos podcasts social media intranet and other communications assets.

This role has dual reporting to the practice group business manager and the CSS Apps & Infrastructure communications leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Leader & Org Communications: Partner with business manager and org leader on messaging strategies for global impact. Develop annual communications plan edit/distribute newsletters manage All Hands meetings and executive LinkedIn content.
Content Development & Management: Create and edit content using MS PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint. Manage storytelling projects including awards write-ups announcements and employee stories.
Event Management & Promotion: Plan coordinate and manage events including logistics AV and communications to engage audiences.
Change Communications: Support organizational change initiatives with clear communication strategies.
Video & Podcast Management: Collaborate on production editing and storytelling for internal media.
Team Web/Intranet/SharePoint: Develop content strategy for central online portals to enhance engagement.
Viva/Yammer Team Engagement: Manage content cadence community engagement and analytics.
Cross-Team Alignment: Participate in cross-group storytelling and best practice sharing initiatives.
Feedback Management: Collect and integrate employee feedback to inform communication strategies.
Communications Asset Management: Maintain core content assets and templates for alignment and consistency.
Reporting & Metrics: Monitor engagement impact and effectiveness of communication programs using qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Required Skills:

5-10 years of experience as a Communications Manager in the tech sector. Microsoft experience is a plus.
Proven storytelling experience in corporate communications for global audiences.
Expertise in content design and creation: MS PowerPoint MS Outlook MS SharePoint.
Strong written communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts.
Broad communications experience across web email e-newsletters apps video podcasts events.
Excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with ability to develop memorable communications that drive impact.
Collaborative flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or equivalent.
MBA preferred.
