Lead the sustaining team for Digital Systems-Compass Cash Center product maintenance and improvements

Manage backlog prioritization for bug fixes and enhancements

Lead Agile development team (daily scrums bi-weekly sprints)

Coordinate with Support teams to address customer issues and keep our customers happy

Develop and execute maintenance release plans

Ensure compliance with business processes and quality standards

Manage testing and deployment of maintenance releases

Provide transparent status reporting to management and stakeholders
