Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sustaining team for Digital Systems-Compass Cash Center product maintenance and improvements

  • Manage backlog prioritization for bug fixes and enhancements

  • Lead Agile development team (daily scrums bi-weekly sprints)

  • Coordinate with Support teams to address customer issues and keep our customers happy

  • Develop and execute maintenance release plans

  • Ensure compliance with business processes and quality standards

  • Manage testing and deployment of maintenance releases

  • Provide transparent status reporting to management and stakeholders

  • Coordinate with other cross-functional development teams

  • Document and improve product processes and procedures

B. Tech or Bachelors in computer science or any other relevant field (Required)

M. Tech or Masters in any other relevant field (Preferred)

Years of Experience

Experience In

10 years of experience

Strategic leadership in product lifecycle management enterprise architecture alignment DevSecOps integration at scale and driving innovation through technical roadmaps compliance and cross-platform product delivery.

8 years of experience

Advanced skills in stakeholder management product strategy and data-driven decision-making with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.

5 years of experience

Hands-on experience managing Agile teams product backlogs and supporting enterprise applications with a strong technical foundation.

Required Skills
  • Profound experience as a Product Owner of a Scrum team and associated practices and methods

  • Experience in application support and maintenance

  • Excellent analytical technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Background in Software Development of Java / .NET Enterprise Applications test automation and system/solution testing in different environments

  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Confluence)

  • Experience in defining and prioritizing user stories acceptance criteria and MVPs

  • Solid IT background (Operating systems Databases Networks)

  • Very good experience in DevSecOps practices

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Very good communication skills in multicultural environments
