About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or strategic partnerships and a passion for identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries/clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy & Operations) to tailor solutions and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business pitches.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and pipeline information.
- Attend industry events conferences and networking sessions to represent the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3 5 years of proven experience in business development sales or account management.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity and strong network with brands and strong local network is preferred.
