Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai India
Experience: 3 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or strategic partnerships and a passion for identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries/clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy & Operations) to tailor solutions and proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business pitches.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and pipeline information.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking sessions to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in business development sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity and strong network with brands and strong local network is preferred.
