Job Description
Messa Sync is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Chicago team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls resolve inquiries and provide support with clarity and empathy. You will represent the voice of our brand and ensure each interaction is a positive one.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or provide requested information
Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
Meet or exceed daily performance targets and quality standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in using computers and call center software
