Business Development Consultant
Location: Bucharest Romania

THE JOB
- Making outbound calls to potential clients and handling new sales inquiries.
- Presenting promoting and selling products and services in line with company standards and commercial policies.
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to identify and develop optimal solutions for clients.
- Actively selling and upselling products using a consultative sales approach.
- Managing and nurturing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
- Building trust and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Maintaining a positive professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Contributing to the overall performance and goals of the sales team.
THE PERSON
- University degree in Economics Finance or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated positive mindset.
- High energy self-confidence and a proactive approach.
- Strong business sense and customer-oriented thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in both Romanian and English.
