Job Description

Support the development and optimization of procurement processes aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Assist in the implementation of Source-to-Pay solutions including both Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate procurement and sourcing needs into practical and scalable solutions.

Participate in workshops to understand client business requirements and recommend configurations within the product capabilities.

Work closely with senior team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project components.

Contribute to the preparation of project documentation such as scope definitions timelines task lists and risk assessments.

Engage with client stakeholders across Procurement Business and Technology functions to gather requirements and provide regular updates.

Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring alignment on requirements and system functionality.

Support the configuration testing integration and training phases of the project lifecycle.

Utilize data and analytics to support procurement process improvements and decision-making.

Help drive project coordination activities track progress and support change management efforts in collaboration with project leads.

Manage and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-impact solutions and meet SLAs and KPIs.
