Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Search Specialist with experience in Coveo or similar tools along with expertise in microservices development to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search technologies data analytics and microservices architecture Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Coveo However candidates who are eager to learn Coveo and deliver highquality results are also encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Search Optimization Enhance and maintain search functionality across digital platforms using Coveo or similar tools ensuring relevance and accuracy of search results
- Microservices Integration Design and implement microservices based solutions to integrate search functionality seamlessly with other systems and applications
- Data Analysis Analyze search performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Solution Implementation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement search solutions that improve content discoverability and user experience
- Performance Monitoring Monitor and optimize search indexing and performance identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues
- Automation Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline search operations and reduce manual intervention
- Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for search processes tools and best practices
- Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in search and microservices and continuously improve search infrastructure and processes
- Learning and Development For candidates without Coveo experience demonstrate eagerness to learn Coveo and deliver highquality search solutions
Qualifications
Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in search technologies and data analytics with at least 3 years in using Coveo or similar tools and microservices development
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in search technologies such as Coveo Elasticsearch Solr or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and development including containerization Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
- Experience with integration and API development
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools Prometheus Grafana ELK stack
- Proficiency in scripting languages Python Bash etc
- Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications Relevant certifications in search technologies microservices architecture or cloud platforms
- Additional Skills Experience with machine learning and AIdriven search optimization
