Job Description

Job Title: Network Consultant

Location: Columbus IN

Job Description:

Extensive hands-on experience managing the Infrastructure at the Data Center Colo and Equinix Cloud Exchange

  • Hands-on-experience on rack & stack and cabling in large Data Center Network Infrastructure
  • Co-ordinate remotely with Telecom ISP and remote technician at Branch/DC/COLO/Equinix facility for Rack & Stack Cable Cross Connect and provisioning of network devices
  • Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 Datacenter (DC) Nexus infrastructure
  • Manage and Troubleshoot switch network configured with MST RPVST Ether-channel Dot1Q Trunking Pruning etc
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex enterprise routing with MPLS BGP and QoS on Cisco ISR/93xx/9xx/ASR Routers
  • Hands-on-experience in designing deployment/implementation and troubleshooting Aruba Silverpeak SDWAN
  • Hands-on-experience working on Wireless technologies - Aruba Central Cisco WLC C9800/DNAC/LWAP 4G CradlePoint
  • Hand-on-experience on managing the F5 product Big-IQ Big-IP LTM/GTM Physical/Virtual/Viprion-Host load balancer
  • Hands-on-experience working on SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solution and its integration with SDWAN
  • Understanding of Next Generation Firewall setup and basic hands-on over Firewall logs review
  • Understanding of end-to-end data flows and traffic patterns (Wireshark).
  • Person with Automation innovation problem solving innovative thinker and solution mindset

To adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and company policiesTo ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen CasesTo participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem managementWork on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management Training freshers coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
