Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Guide design engineers to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance per 47 CFR Part 15 FCC Class A & Class B.
Work with relevant authorities to provide necessary certificates for product sales.
Collaborate with independent test service providers.
Determine the scope of product safety/EMC approval tests develop compliance plans and set project specifications.
Conduct testing activities according to international standards for various products (UL / IEC / EN / JIS / EU directives) including FCC Class A and FCC Class B.
Examine test samples and understand blueprints schematics wiring diagrams and operational instructions.
Evaluate test performance and provide feedback to the design team reviewing test and construction data.
Collaborate with approval authorities for product certification and safety audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements in lab activities.
Any other administrative tasks as identified by Superior.
