Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Coordinator Training & Delivery to join our team!

  • Hybrid work arrangements
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • 12 months fixed term contract

The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Coordinator to join our Training & Delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised has strong administration skills with an interest in education to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation supporting pharmacists right across the country.

About the role:

As our Coordinator Training & Delivery youll provide essential support to the team ensuring smooth delivery of professional development programs and educational events for the pharmacy profession.

About the role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and assistance in coordinating various PSA education and training programs and events
  • Assist with training schedules
  • Coordinate pre-event activities
  • Communicate with facilitators trainers and speakers
  • Organise meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide customer service including responding to customer queries and requests related to programs and events
  • Prepare order and maintain training materials and equipment
  • Coordinate events on the day to ensure smooth operations
  • Collate assessments and prepare evaluation forms and reports
  • Perform post-event activities
  • Provide invoicing administration
  • Maintain learner and trainer records in accordance with PSA policies and RTO requirements
  • Provide regular reports on the status of PSA education and training programs and events
  • Support trainers and facilitators to deliver workshops either face-to-face or via digital delivery
  • Provide administration and support functions for contractual education and training projects

About you:

  • Proven experience in the administration and coordination of training programs;
  • Experience in a membership service administration and/or events role
  • Ability to build long term relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with pharmacists other health professionals universities and government departments;
  • Strong administration skills with experience in database management and competency with IT including the Microsoft suite of products;
  • Demonstrated self-motivation initiative and drive to promote and grow PSA;
  • Personal attributes of courtesy tact discretion and respect.
  • Desirable

  • Current or recent experience in the pharmacy industry;
  • Experience in the use of digital event technologies such as webinar or videoconference platforms.
