Job Description

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a full-time Program Manager to launch and lead our My Cousins Programa vital respite care initiative for foster youth. This dynamic role includes supervising staff maintaining safety and operational standards and serving as a key community liaison. What Youll Do

  • Lead the start-up and daily operations of the My Cousins respite program creating a safe supportive and home-like environment for foster youth.
  • Supervise and support staff manage 24-hour scheduling performance and foster a collaborative high-quality care culture.
  • Ensure safety compliance and efficiency through recordkeeping inventory management adherence to policies and emergency/crisis response.
  • Promote growth and visibility of the program by engaging with community partners and agencies to expand services and advocate for youth needs.

What Were Looking For:

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Services from a USDOE or CHEA accredited college or university
  • Must be able to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Child Mental Health
  • Two years of work experience within Child Mental Health services (Two years of administrative or supervisory experience in residential services preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities supervise staff and maintain effective relationships with families community partners and volunteers.
  • Proficient in communication budgeting and reporting.
  • A valid drivers license current auto insurance and a good driving record
