Job Summary

Are you a skilled Technical Program Manager with a passion for building state-of-the-art office environments Join our growing team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative Office Infrastructure projects that connect Real Estate Workplace Services Corporate IT and more. Youll lead the design and execution of technical solutions for new office buildouts expansions and workplace technology systemsensuring seamless collaboration and cutting-edge workplace experiences.

Work Timing: Regular Hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (Hours per week 40)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Program Manager II you will:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams across IT construction real estate and vendor partners.
  • Manage the design bidding implementation commissioning and handover of:
    • ISP connectivity low-voltage cabling and network infrastructure
    • Audio-visual (AV) and video-conferencing systems
    • Access control and surveillance systems in partnership with Corporate Security
  • Drive project schedules provide clear status updates and deliver executive-level communications.
  • Develop drawing packages technical specifications and documentation to support project execution.
  • Partner with Finance (FP&A) on budget planning procurement and vendor management.
  • Identify mitigate and monitor project delivery risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven project and program management expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of IT networking AV systems and low-voltage infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with architectural design processes (schematic design construction documents etc.).
  • Experience in commercial real estate construction and workplace buildouts.
  • Excellent communication vendor management and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification.
  • Understanding of mechanical power cooling systems and capacity planning.
  • Experience with RFPs bid analysis and vendor performance management.
  • Background in Facilities Operations and HVAC systems.
