Job Description
Job Summary:
On behalf our client we are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy IT Officer with a strong background in social media management graphic design and hardware support. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in maintaining their IT infrastructure and enhancing their digital presence.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and basic network issues
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and software
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT equipment (printers routers etc.)
- Manage and update the company s social media platforms
- Design graphics for social media posts marketing materials and internal communications
- Maintain data security and assist with backups and system updates
- Provide IT support to staff and maintain user accounts and access controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT support especially hardware troubleshooting
- Practical knowledge of social media management (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Canva)
- Basic understanding of networking and system security
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and willing to take on diverse tech and digital responsibilities
