- Solving escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
- Analyzing assessing and investigating alerts warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
- Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
- Cooperation with other support teams within the entire organization
- Building up and contributing to Knowledge Base
Qualifications :
- IT operational support experience
- Deep technical knowledge in the technical domain of Operation systems (Windows Linux) Virtualization (VMware Nutanix) Storage
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Good English skills(written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team
- Stress-resistance
- Willingness to learn
NICE TO HAVE:
- ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage)
