IT Communication Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with IT goals.
Standardize messaging for IT projects system changes and initiatives across the conglomerate.
Content Development & Translation
Translate complex technical concepts into clear concise and engaging materials for non-technical
stakeholders.
Create guides FAQs knowledge base articles and training materials.
Data Analytics & Insights
Gather and analyze IT-related data (adoption rates system usage feedback trends survey results).
Provide actionable insights to improve IT service delivery communications and engagement.
Develop dashboards and reports for IT leadership and business heads
Change Management & Awareness Campaign
Support IT-driven change initiatives through effective communication campaigns.
Drive awareness and adoption of new IT tools systems and processes across business units.
Stakeholder Engagement & Updates
Partner with IT leaders to craft executive updates and business-wide communications.
