Job Summary

Main Duties:
- Bank reconciliations & Branch account reconciliations
- Daily cash handling and processing of vendor invoices
- Debtors and Creditors reconciliations
- Process and administration of invoices and vendor reconciliations
- Processing of claims and refund of payments
- Issuing of client receipts and ADT Licences
- General Office Administration and filing
What skills do you need:
- A level in accounts or a MCAST diploma
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management
- Able to work independently manage multiple client priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adapts to unexpected changes and meets tight deadlines
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
