Job Description

As a Marketing Executive you will support the planning and execution of Fastmarkets attendance at corporate events such as conference and trade shows  as well as at the internal events and webinars. The role focuses on event logistics marketing collateral and vendor coordination while also providing PR support where necessary. Its ideal for a proactive junior marketer looking to build a career in events and strategic brand execution within a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Please note that this is a 12 Months Fixed Term contract (maternity cover).  

Key Responsibilities:

Event Support

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of Fastmarkets presence at external and internal events by coordinating branding collateral and logistics.
  • Liaise with event organisers external vendors and internal stakeholders for booth setup design and marketing materials
  • Coordinate timelines maintain checklists and ensure all event tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Assist on-the-ground support where needed. Some travelling might be required.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Use Canva to design basic visual assets for events (social posts speaker assets etc)
  • Support the creation of event-related content in collaboration with the social and content teams.
  • Track and organise all event collateral and promotional materials

Webinar & Digital Event Assistance

  • Help organise and deliver webinars by setting up platforms liaising with speakers coordinating internal calendars and running rehearsals.
  • Assist in webinar promotion and follow-up processes including replay pages and lead tracking.

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring:

  • 1 year of marketing or events experience in a corporate B2B or agency setting.
  • Passion for event execution and strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Digital literacy: familiarity with social media platforms email marketing and PR 
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools for basic visual asset creation.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset willing to step in where needed.
