Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. The successful candidate will oversee plumbing projects manage a team of plumbers and ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and local regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects from inception to completion
- Manage and mentor a team of plumbers assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Develop project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to team members
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate records of project progress materials used and labor hours
- Stay updated on local building codes regulations and industry best practices
- Implement water conservation techniques and sustainable plumbing practices
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of plumbing tools and equipment
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Valid plumbing certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems local building codes and safety regulations
- Strong project management skills including budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications
- Experience with water conservation techniques and sustainable plumbing practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance
