Overview
As an RN Clinic Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of our on-site clinic ensuring that participants receive high-quality care. This role involves coaching and mentoring a dynamic team while collaborating with other leaders to enhance workflows and participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinic operations to ensure high standards in care delivery.
- Hire coach and develop clinic staff including RNs LVNs Medical Assistants and Schedulers.
- Partner with the Center Manager and Medical Director to improve clinical workflows.
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff and other departments.
- Serve as the point of contact for CMS auditors and support quality audits.
- Monitor key metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
- Manage clinic inventory and equipment.
- Develop and refine scheduling training and inventory processes.
- Provide clinical support as needed including triage and assessments.
- Deliver ongoing training for staff and foster a learning culture.

Qualifications
Required
- Associate degree or higher
- ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in California (CA)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- RN (5 years)
- Supervisor (1 years)
- 3 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Geriatric Care
- Geriatric/LTC
- Hospice
- Case Management
- Do you live within 10 miles of downtown LA
- PACE knowledge is important for this position did the recruiter review PACE verbiage
- Clinic Experience (3 years)
Preferred
- PACE Experience (1 years)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- RN License Number
