- Deliver high-quality waxing brow and lash treatment services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction

- Maintain a clean professional and welcoming work environment
- Educate clients on waxing best practices aftercare and product recommendations
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Support studio initiatives including social media engagement and local marketing
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold our studio values
- A current Washington State Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
- Passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A team player with a flexible can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Base Pay: $18 per hour
- Additional Earnings: Commissions 100% of customer tips
- Paid Time Off: Available after 90 days of employment
