Our Estheticians perform traditional and advanced facials with the latest technologies including HydraFacial and Glacial Fx while using and retailing the best skin care brands in US and Europe. Join our team of passionate skin care connoisseurs providing the right recipe for a healthy glow each and every time!
Responsibilities (essential functions):
Our Estheticians perform traditional and advanced facials with the latest technologies including HydraFacial and Glacial Fx while using and retailing the best skin care brands in US and Europe. Join our team of passionate skin care connoisseurs providing the right recipe for a healthy glow each and every time!
Responsibilities (essential functions):
- Become an expert in advanced esthetic technologies delivering the most effective skin care treatments in the spa industry
- Learn and deliver all Woodhouse treatments according to award-winning protocols
- Perform outstanding services for every guest
- Review guests intake form for all essential information including contraindications
- Educate the guests to the benefits of the service performed
- Recommend additional value-added enhancements and treatments on the spot for guests
- Perform up to 5-7 exciting treatments per day
- Educate guests on the products used during the service
- Retail home care products by explaining the benefits and how to use them properly
- Meet or exceed retail sales goals by becoming an expert on product recommendations
- Market WOODHOUSE services to guests for their future visits
- Sanitize the room according to the Sanitation Policy
- Electronically document session notes for every guest
- Organize treatment rooms preparation areas and changing lounges
- Grow your skills through continuous education
- Abide by all licensing standards set forth by TEXAS DEPT OF LICENSING & REGULATION
- Abide by all protocols and standards as set forth by THE WOODHOUSE SPAS CORPORATION
- Protect WOODHOUSE brand
- Maintain current license

Requirements:
- Active Cosmetologist - Esthetician License
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in spa setting
Working conditions:
Standing for up to 6 hours at a time
Walking across spa multiple times during shift and potentially up and down stairs
Lifting up to 30lbs
Bending reaching stooping
Repetitive motion
Reasoning problem solving hearing speaking
Fast/steady paced environment multiple priorities
Frequent customer interactions
Ability to adapt to changes
