1. Job Description Creation
o Collaborate with department heads to define roles and responsibilities.
o Draft and update accurate and engaging job descriptions for all open roles.
2. Talent Acquisition
o Drive recruitment through job portals (e.g. Naukri Indeed) campus hiring and
referral programs.
o Coordinate and conduct interviews screening and onboarding processes.
o Build a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire metrics.
3. Performance Management
o Assist in implementing and tracking the performance appraisal system.
o Support managers in setting KPIs and review mechanisms.
o Collect feedback and ensure transparent evaluation cycles.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
o Develop initiatives to improve employee morale engagement and retention.
o Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
o Conduct stay interviews exit interviews and analyze attrition data.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
o Maintain employee records HRMS data and compliance with labor laws.
o Assist in payroll coordination and statutory requirements (PF ESI etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years of experience as an HR Executive/Generalist preferably in the healthcare or
service industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices and HR operations.
Proficiency in using job portals and basic HR tools/software.
Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Full Time
