Tasks
Where youll contribute and what youll learn
- CV screening & interview coordination Youll be the first to review incoming applications and schedule interviews while discovering how recruiters spot potential and maintain a smooth candidate journey.
- Onboarding & offboarding Youll organize day-one logistics and farewell checklists while learning how thoughtful details create a memorable employee experience.
- HR administration Youll keep records and HRIS data up to date and gain a keen eye for compliance data accuracy and digital workflows.
- People projects Youll lend a hand on engagement surveys learning sessions or employer-branding campaigns and see how people analytics translates into real initiatives.
- Payroll & benefits inputs Youll collect monthly changes visa paperwork and benefit enrolments and understand the checks that keep salaries and perks running on time.
Requirements
- Youre studying HR Business or a related field and can commit 20h/week for 6 -12 months
- Passion for HR fundamentals: accuracy in admin respect for confidentiality and an eye for process improvement.
- Clear friendly communicator in English (German or Portuguese a plus).
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks switching between detail work and people interaction.
- Genuine excitement for sustainability and our mission to revolutionise the food system.
