Source screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Post and manage job listings on various platforms
Conduct reference and background checks
Prepare and deliver job offers
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support HR-related functions such as employee relations and compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruiting or HR (preferably in homecare or transportation)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
Occasional flexibility may be required
