Salary : Upto 25k

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations recruitment coordination onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle activities. The candidate should be able to handle internal processes support policy implementation and ensure compliance with HR standards.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Post job listings screen resumes and schedule interviews

  • Coordinate with HR consultants and hiring partners

Onboarding & Documentation
  • Manage new employee joining formalities

  • Collect and verify all required documents

  • Prepare and issue offer letters appointment letters and confirmation orders

  • Coordinate ID creation email setup and access provisioning

Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS updates

  • Process confirmations transfers resignations and full & final settlements

  • Draft and issue experience relieving letters and other formal HR documents

Attendance Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Track attendance leave and timesheet data

  • Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs

  • Assist in statutory compliance and recordkeeping

Employee Engagement & Communication
  • Help plan and organize engagement and training activities

  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally

  • Act as a communication bridge between employees and management

Minimum Requirements Education
  • Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience
  • 1 3 years in a generalist HR role or recruitment support

Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office Google Workspace and HRMS tools

  • Organized responsive and deadline-driven

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
  • HR or compliance certifications

  • Exposure to multi-client or managed services environments

  • Experience with HR tools

  • Knowledge of a third language such as Hindi
