Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Design:

    • Develop and articulate a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the companys strategic goals attracts and retains top talent and promotes a high-performance culture within the manufacturing operations.

    • Design implement and manage compensation structures (salary bands incentive plans gainsharing programs) and benefits programs (health welfare retirement wellness) that are competitive and compliant.

  • Compensation Management:

    • Oversee annual compensation review processes including merit increases bonus payouts and other incentive distributions.

    • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys specific to the manufacturing industry to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

    • Manage executive compensation programs including plan design administration and compliance.

  • Benefits Administration:

    • Evaluate select and manage relationships with benefits brokers vendors and third-party administrators.

    • Ensure benefits programs are cost-effective compliant with local regulations and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

    • Drive wellness initiatives and promote employee well-being through comprehensive benefits offerings.

  • Recognition & Retention:

    • Develop and champion effective recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation and reinforce desired behaviors and performance across all levels including plant operations.

    • Identify and implement retention strategies through total rewards initiatives tailored to the manufacturing workforce.

  • Compliance & Governance:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefits trends legislation and best practices relevant to the manufacturing sector.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws tax regulations and internal policies.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness and impact of total rewards programs identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations.

    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on total rewards metrics and costs.

  • Communication:

    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value and components of their total rewards package.

    • Educate HR business partners and managers on total rewards philosophies policies and processes.
