Role: HR Specialist II - Staffing
Location: Washington DC (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Personnel Qualifications:
- The HR Specialist must have recent technical federal experience level of three (3) to five (5) years in staffing.
- Degree in HR or related field strongly preferred. Must have subject matter expertise in Federal staffing and merit promotion rules and regulations.
- Prior experience as an HR Specialist in the Executive or Legislative branch highly desired/helpful.
- The contractor must possess subject matter expertise in federal regulations related to processing the full range of personnel actions and related documents.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility with their approach to the delivery of work.
