Job Description

Human Resources Project/Program Management

Project Manager I

You Are:

The Human Resources Project/Program Management function is responsible for centralized oversight coordination and delivery of large-scale divisional projects and initiatives including prioritization; resource and financial capacity management; risk identification and mitigation; governance and alignment to business goals and defined project standards.

The opportunity:

Hybrid: In office/remote

Proactively manage full life cycle of complex cross-functional projects to deliver them in-scope on-time and on-budget

Develop detailed project plans with realistic achievable goals defined actions and milestones

Ensure visibility to the project progress milestones and performance across all projects

Leverage project management principles and methodologies to identify manage and resolve issues and risks ensure quality results

Utilize an objective transparent fact-based perspective to proactively recommend opportunities of improvement to senior stakeholders

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

Experience in driving and leading large-scale projects University degree and 7 years Project Management experience

Strong client focus with outstanding judgment analytical skills critical thinking influencing skills and verbal and written skills

Advanced proficiency in various project management methodologies especially

Agile methodologies.

Ability to integrate project management discipline into a product management type of organization structure.

Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions partnering with team members of all levels.

Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities

Experience in managing Human Resources projects would be desired. MS-Project MS Excel and general MS-Office skills essential.
