Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager – Mortgage
Department: Retail Assets – Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
-
Source and manage high-value mortgage business (Home Loans / LAP).

Build strong long-term customer and partner relationships.

Drive revenue growth by exploring new sourcing channels and referrals.

Support junior RMs in business sourcing and guidance.

Ensure compliance with credit policies and operational processes.
Eligibility
-
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
-
Experience: 3–5 years in Mortgage Sales with proven track record

Good knowledge of HL/LAP market and competitors
-
Strong interpersonal and client handling skills
