Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mortgage
Department: Retail Assets – Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
-
Source mortgage business through DSAs connectors and open market channels.

Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Handle end-to-end sales process including lead generation documentation and disbursement.

Ensure achievement of individual targets as per business plan.

Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
-
Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
-
Experience: 1–3 years in Mortgage Sales / DSA handling
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Basic knowledge of mortgage products (HL/LAP)
