Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR & IR functions for the manufacturing plant ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong union/employee relations proactively addressing grievances and ensuring industrial harmony.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment onboarding performance management employee engagement training & development.
- Partner with business and plant leadership to align HR strategies with production and productivity goals.
- Drive HR policies systems and frameworks to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Handle disciplinary proceedings settlements and negotiations in line with company policies.
- Manage manpower planning workforce deployment and skill development initiatives.
- Liaise with government bodies external agencies and auditors for labor-related compliance.
