Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our client services team. This position plays a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing efficient professional support and resolving customer inquiries with care and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email phone and ticketing systems
Resolve issues promptly and professionally escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Assist in developing support documentation and FAQs
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Track customer feedback and suggest process improvements
Ensure follow-up and satisfaction after support is provided
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in customer support or administrative assistance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
