Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead and develop our support team ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for our clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership abilities and a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for overseeing support operations improving service processes and managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer support department

  • Lead mentor and train support staff to deliver high-quality service

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and issue resolution time

  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports

  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)

  • 3 years of experience in customer service or support with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complex situations
