We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to lead and develop our support team ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing support operations improving service processes and managing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer support department
Lead mentor and train support staff to deliver high-quality service
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and issue resolution time
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)
3 years of experience in customer service or support with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complex situations
