Beloform is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix AZ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering prompt courteous and effective support. This position requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems
Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently escalating when necessary
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
Document interactions and resolutions in our CRM
Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
Identify and suggest improvements to the customer service process
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
12 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others
