This role is essential in ensuring top-tier service for our clients managing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email phone and internal systems

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively escalating when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery

  • Follow up on client feedback to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications :

Qualifications
