Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. This position plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely accurate and friendly assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple support channels efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Identify and resolve client concerns effectively and professionally
Document interactions and maintain updated records in the support system
Assist with service requests troubleshooting and basic technical support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues
Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles
