About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on both the technical and strategic aspects of accounting. Youll partner closely with program managers and Executive business partnering guiding budget planning forecasting and month-end processes to support community health initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities (for full details see Position Description)
- Lead month-end close financial reporting and analysis
- Deliver accurate forecasting and support annual budget processes
- Drive program-level financial performance through strong business partnering
- Prepare acquittals statutory reporting and manage audit activities
- Develop and refine financial models and decision support tools
About you
- Strong month-end and financial reporting experience
- Clear confident communicator with a collaborative style
- Ability to balance detail with big-picture financial strategy
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- High-level Excel and multi-cost centre system skills
