About Mathnasium
At Mathnasium The Math Learning Center we make math make sense! Our mission is to help kids build confidence develop a deep understanding of mathematics and achieve academic success. With 1000 centers worldwide we are a leader in math-only supplemental education.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Center Director to help manage daily operations support families and drive growth through strong relationship-building and effective communication. If you have a passion for education leadership and sales we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the center ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective families and clearly present Mathnasiums program offerings
- Guide parents through the enrollment process confidently handling objections and promoting long-term value
- Collaborate with the Center Director to implement and achieve sales goals and performance targets
- Support hiring training and management of instructional staff
- Build strong relationships with enrolled families to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Deliver Mathnasium instruction as needed (grades K12)
- Monitor student progress and communicate results to parents
- Assist with local marketing efforts and community outreach
- Maintain accurate records reports and scheduling systems
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred (Education Math Business or related field) - not necessary
- Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong math competency through Algebra 2
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for education and helping children succeed

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
