Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Experience Required: 2 5 Years
Department: Human Resources

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage core HR functions including onboarding benefits administration HRIS management employee engagement and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation induction and system setup.
  • Coordinate exit formalities and ensure timely clearance and documentation.

HRIS & Data Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Generate and analyze weekly/monthly HR reports (headcount attrition attendance etc.).

Benefits & Insurance Administration:
  • Handle employee insurance enrollment claims and renewals.
  • Manage benefits programs including health wellness and statutory benefits.
  • Address employee queries related to benefits and insurance.

  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct feedback surveys and assist in action planning based on results.
  • Promote a positive work culture through regular communication and initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in HR operations preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office (Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
