Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage core HR functions including onboarding benefits administration HRIS management employee engagement and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation induction and system setup.
- Coordinate exit formalities and ensure timely clearance and documentation.
HRIS & Data Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly HR reports (headcount attrition attendance etc.).
Benefits & Insurance Administration:
- Handle employee insurance enrollment claims and renewals.
- Manage benefits programs including health wellness and statutory benefits.
- Address employee queries related to benefits and insurance.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct feedback surveys and assist in action planning based on results.
- Promote a positive work culture through regular communication and initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in HR operations preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
