Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Monitor and audit production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Prepare and maintain QMS documentation including manuals SOPs work instructions and records.
Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits (customer and certification bodies).
Identify non-conformities analyze root causes and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production quality and management teams to drive process improvements.
Train staff on quality procedures and QMS requirements to ensure awareness and compliance.
Ensure customer requirements and specifications are integrated into processes.
Generate reports on QMS performance and recommend improvement plans to management.
Stay updated with regulatory requirements and textile industry best practices for quality systems.
Requirements
Good understanding of process audits CAPA and documentation management.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and QMS software tools.
Ability to train and create awareness among employees.
