Job Summary :
Administer day-to-day HR operations including HRIS employee records contracts attendance and HR processes
Responsibilities :
- Manage HRIS and employee database updates.
- Prepare contracts job offers and HR letters.
- Track leave attendance and timesheets.
- Maintain employee files and compliance with documentation requirements.
- Coordinate GOSI and medical insurance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor s in HR or Business Administration.
- 2 4 years HR operational experience.
- Strong command of HR systems (e.g. MenaITech SAP Oracle).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
