On behalf of one of its clients a global FMCG Distribution company the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Marketing executive.
The hiring Company is an international FMCG distributor with nearly 40 years of experience in exporting consumer goods across South East Asia and the Pacific region. The company specializes in building and growing brands across multiple markets with a strong focus on operational excellence collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Branding Communication & Marketing Coordination
- Develop marketing assets including sales brochures brand catalogs and product documentation for in-house brands.
- Contribute to the creation of global brand materials and support integrated campaigns (both digital and offline).
- Maintain and ensure consistency in brand guidelines and marketing collateral across all touchpoints.
- Share marketing best practices across global offices and ensure alignment of local activities with global strategies.
2. Product Development & Portfolio Management House Brands
- Track market trends and competitor activity within core categories providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Support the development and enhancement of the company s private label portfolio particularly in categories such as laundry detergents baby and adult hygiene products insecticides and food items.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (factories packaging agencies consultants legal advisors) for product and packaging development.
- Ensure all products comply with local regulatory labeling and documentation standards.
- Manage product lifecycle: including range extensions improvements phase-ins and phase-outs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles such as Product Marketing Manager Brand Manager Trade Marketing Manager or Marketing/Communications Manager.
- Hands-on experience in product development especially in personal or home care categories (e.g. detergents hygiene products) is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional regional language skills are a plus.
