Were seeking a detail-oriented individual to support sample management activities in a GMP environment. This role involves receiving aliquoting distributing and documenting QC samples and reference standards across multiple labs. Ideal candidates are organized collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced team-based setting.
Duties Include:
- Receiving aliquoting distributing handling and documenting GMP samples in support of multi-product and multi-site testing laboratories.
- Aliquoting sampling receivingg and distributing QC samples and reference standards all while providing appropriate GMP documentation.
- Adhere to established corporate and organizational procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Interact effectively with peers and senior scientists as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Accurately record document and maintain all relevant sample information by GMP documentation practices.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma with 2-5 years of experience or AS degree with 1-3 years of experience
- Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment (bioprocess or chemical process industry preferred).
- Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix development team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GMP concepts and documentation practices.
- Ability to follow established procedures under minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and effective interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Ability to utilize electronic inventory management systems following established procedures.
- Highly effective in a team-based fast-paced environment.
- Operational knowledge of computerized systems (ideally LabWare LIMS).
- Experience with quality systems such as LIMS
- Experience with database management.
- Capable of generating documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Position requires occasional light lifting and periods of standing sitting or walking.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details:
This is a full-time onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Andover MA are strongly encouraged to apply.
