Job Description
Position: Senior Manager Accounts & Finance
Location: Lower Parel Mumbai
Experience: 8 10 years
Industry: EdTech Online MBA Executive Education.
Job Description: Lead companys Finance & Accounts function with strategic ownership process excellence and financial integrity. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities: Finalization of books (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow) as per Indian Accounting Standards
Oversight of daily accounting ledgers reconciliations & journal entries Monthly MIS & financial insights for business decisions
Statutory compliance: GST TDS PF PT ROC etc. Budgeting forecasting variance analysis & cost control
Cash flow management fund allocation & treasury planning
Liaison with auditors tax consultants bankers & legal advisors
Building internal systems controls & process automation
Leading a small finance team and mentoring junior staff
Supporting board reviews and investor reporting
Qualifications: CA CA Inter MBA (Finance) or
8 10 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts (preferably in services industry Edtech Consulting or services sector)
Strong knowledge of Tally Excel and Statutory Frameworks
Strategic thinker with hands-on accounting skills
