Position Title: Customer Handling Supervisor (CHS)

Department: Operations / Customer Service
Reports To: Regional Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
- Shipment Coordination:
- Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues damages or short cases.
- Documentation:
- Verify and maintain all customer documents including e-way bills NOCs and other necessary paperwork.
